Primers to isolate this clone of cTASK-1 are sense, 5-CTCCTTCTACTTCGCCATCAC-3 and antisense, 5CTTCTCGTCCTCGGCGTTCA-3. The first primer was identified in the NCBI/ensembl sequence for KCNK9, the second was not. |
