CommentsAuthors said: Fragments of chicken CDC25A and CDK1 coding regions were obtained by PCR. The primers used were: 5′-CCACAGCCATGGAGGATTAC-3′ and 5′-CACATCAGGCCACACATCAT-3′ for CDK1.
