CommentsAccording to the authors: Antisense GDNF RNA probe was generated by amplifying a fragment of GDNF sequence from total RNA prepared from E9 chick gut using Trizol Reagent (Invitrogen). The following oligonucleotide primers were used: upstream primer, 5′-tgccagaggattacccagat-3′; downstream primer, 5′-aggtcatcgtcaaaggctgt-3′.
