CommentsAccording to the authors, "Digoxigenin-labeled antisense probe was transcribed from full-length template SST273 cDNA in the pBluescript SK(-) vector using T7 RNA polymerase, and the sense probe was transcribed with T3 RNA polymerase." As information provided was insufficient to verify exact sequence used to synthesize probe,the sequence below was obtained from NCBI (NM_001044667).
