CommentsAuthors said: To synthesize the probes, we used plasmid DNA (pGEM-T easy) containing the 550-bp sequence of cTASK-1. Primers to isolate this clone of cTASK-1 are sense, 5-CTCCTTCTACTTCGCCATCAC-3 and antisense, 5CTTCTCGTCCTCGGCGTTCA-3. The first primer was identified in the NCBI/ensembl sequence for KCNK9, the second was not.
