CommentsAccording to authors , "The chick Pax2 probe was a PCR-amplified product from total chick embryo cDNA. The chick Pax2 fragment spans the region between amino acids 83 and 365 (Adams et al., 1992). We used XbaI and T7 RNA polymerase to obtain the antisense Pax2 probe.
