Comments The template for chick NgR1 was a 1228-bp fragment cloned by RT-PCR using primers designed from published EST (GenBank Accession No. BU117296, BU250944, BU387287, CF255480) and genomic (GenBank Accession No. AADN01077057) sequences. The primer sequences were as follows: sense primer 5′-CGGAATTCCGTCTTGTCGCAACATGACA -3′, antisense primer 5′-TCCCCCGGGAGTTAATTTTAGCAGAGTAAC-3′.
