CommentsFgf2 riboprobe (fgf2-288; Savage and Fallon, 1995; EcoRI digestion and T3 transcription), recognizing all known fgf2 isoforms, was used. According to S&F, It starts at position 287 at the beginning of exon 2 and ends at position 575. We extracted this seq from Acc# NM_205433.
