Sequence below was obtained from NCBI (acc # XM_424944) They said: For the detection of cTie2 mRNA, a chick probe was used that has been described (Jones et al., 1998). The probe was cloned into pBluescript SK. Linearization was performed with XhoI (T7) and NotI (T3) for the preparation of sense and anti-sense probes, respectively.
