CommentsAccording to the authors, "The VE-cadherin probe was obtained from the clone pgp1n.pk007.4 (Delaware Biotechnology Institute). After a PCR amplification using the following primers: 5'-CAATGGATCTGTCCCAGAAA-3′ (forward) and 5'-GTCAGTAGCTGAAATCCTGA-3' (reverse), the insert encompassing 1050 bp was subcloned into pCR-II. Sense and antisense RNA probes were synthetised using r-UTP-Digoxygenin (Roche)." The sequence below was obtained from NCBI (NM_204227) using the given primers.
