CommentsThe cDNA template used to generate the probe was obtained by PCR as described in Lin et al. GAPDH (NCBI accession number: NM_204305). The forward primer for GAPDH was 5!- GGGCTCATCTGAAGGGTGGTGCTA-3! and the reverse primer was 5!-GTGGGGGAGACAGAAGGGAACAGA-3! (expected length 810 bp).
