CommentsThe chicken coding cDNA sequence for rhoC was obtained by RT-PCR from RNA extracts of HH25 autopods. The following primers were designed to include the most 5′ and most 3′ of the c-rhoC ORF: 5′ primer, 5′-CGTGCCGGAGAGAGTGATGG-3′ 3′ primer, 5′-CGACGGGCGACGACACTC-3′. We were unable to locate these sequences in the current RhoC sequence from ensembl. It is included here as the best sequence available at this time.
