CommentsProbes were derived from cDNA fragments of Egfr (Takeda et al., 2002), who reported: A 506 bp fragment encoding the extracellular domain of chicken EGFR (c-erbB), identical to chicken EGFR previously reported (Flickinger et al. 1992), was obtained by PCR and used for in situ hybridization.
